To solve the problem, start VideoPsalm as an administrator:
Right-click the VideoPsalm icon.
Select "Start as administrator"

From what I see from your screenshot, your VideoPsalm is configured to store its documents (songbooks, Bibles, settings, etc.) into the folder where it is installed.
This is not recommended, because Windows prevents apps to write into the "C:\Program Files (x86)" folder.
Please let me know if the following article describes well enough how to switch your VideoPsalm document folder to a proper folder:
Hi, I cannot remember how it got to that folder. But I think you were right about the portable version. When I was troubleshooting it I tried reinstalling it but it did not work. It got fixed when working around the permissions on the folder number 1 you mentioned.
Anyway, thank you so much for this great app, it helps our church a lot.
