Audio file gives an error message.

I have upgraded to Version 1.28 now when I try to display songs with an audio file MP3 attached it gives me the following error. Error Loading Audio File and when I click on ok Only the song verse is displayed and no audio played if I click on Files and click on the play button nest to the file name it starts to play on an external player.

Sent file and was using Version 1.27 Beta stil working fine on laptop(1.27 Beta)

Hello Mannetjie, Thank you for sending me the MP3 file. Your audio file plays well on my PC, so it must be related to your hardware/software.

It is unclear why it doesn't play on your laptop. If I understand properly, you get the MP3 to play well on certain PCs but not on others.

Questions

What Windows version are you using ?
Windows XP SP3, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11, Windows Server 2008 ?
Do you get the MP3 file to play somewhere? Please let me know the VideoPsalm version, Windows version and if it is a laptop or a PC.

Hi thanks for the help I investigated it, and it seems to be my desktop PC with windows 11 on it that has the problem so I am sorted found other programs that don't work will have to reinstall windows.
