Thank you for your screenshot.
To solve the problem, use a Windows File Explorer and navigate into the following folder:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\VideoPsalm
In this folder, create a Temp folder:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\VideoPsalm\Temp
Alternatively, use VideoPsalm 1.27 (beta) available here:
https://bit.ly/VideoPsalm_1_27_Setup_beta
1.27 (beta) is the recommended version.
It is 100 % compatible with earlier versions.
