Instead of jimmy rigging the order of service with 'Songbooks', just created a cloned tab with it's own titles and template items such as commonly used slides and itineraries (welcome, praise and worship, tithes and offering, announcements, lesson slides, etc.).
Everything works the same but only without the confusion of the titles.
I attached images of examples of the idea. I understand that this section is for commonly used templates to be reused for the agenda area. I thought 'Services' would be short instead of using a long title. Maybe someone else have ideas for the correct titles, levels, and replacing names for verses, chorus, etc.
I love the work you all are doing, so just to help and contribute to your efforts, you're welcome to used this idea any way wish.

Great idea! Currently we use a template angenda.
We have a song book that we colored black which is just for Section Title. That song book has song like [ [ Intro ] ], [ [ Welcome ] ], [ [ Ending ] ] so when we look in our agenda we have very clear sections marked out. I made an example graphic below.
