We've previously used OpenLP which is a great Free opensource song/presentation program. You are able to connect via the internet & control the service items remotely.(add songs/videos/put the words up etc) So if your pc/projectionist isn't there, you can set up the song program as usual on the laptop, then access it via http & control it as you lead the meeting. This is great for when i'm taking funerals & have to control the service myself. Any thoughts on doing something like this?

Hi Clari,
At the moment, what you can do is:
Before the service, prepare the agenda of the presentation.
Start the presentation (press F5).
Use a remote clicker (also called PowerPoint clicker) and advance through the presentation.
Any standard PowerPoint clicker will work with VideoPsalm and go through a whole presentation.
Simply make sure that the slide panel (the top right panel) has the focus at the start of the presentation (this is done automatically when you start the presentation by pressing F5).

Starting with version 2, it will be possible to control VideoPsalm via a smartphone.
I don't know when exactly this feature will be available.
