Camera not working with OBS Virtual Camera

It would be a huge improvement if the VideoPsalm Camera would work with the OBS Virtual Camera. That would make it comparable to VMIX. The ability to display to the in house church and live-stream at the same time from the same screen.

To live stream a VideoPsalm presentation

VideoPsalm enables live-stream to YouTube, Facebook, etc. using standard and free tools like OBS Studio.

The setup mainly takes place in OBS Studio or vMix and Facebook or YouTube.

In VideoPsalm:

1. Enable the presentation screen window icon in the VideoPsalm options:

Open the VideoPsalm options -> "Presentation screen" tab -> "Display the presentation screen icon in the taskbar".

For this change to be applied, close then restart VideoPsalm.

The toolbar Presentation icon is useful for OBS Studio when selecting a source from the VideoPsalm presentation "window" or when using the Windows 10 virtual desktop feature.

Alternatively, as an OBS source, you can select the "monitor" where VideoPsalm displays its presentation.

2. Setup VideoPsalm to display the lyrics at the bottom of the screen.

This is sometimes called "lower third" or "subtitles mode".

The live stream setup is done in 2 steps:

1. Connect Facebook to OBS Studio via a "Stream key": Facebook provides you with a "Stream key" that you pass-on to OBS Studio.

2. Connect OBS Studio to VideoPsalm via the OBS Studio "Source": In OBS Studio, create a new "Source" and select "Window", and select the VideoPsalm presentation screen.

Hey, I second kdweaver50's suggestion for 2 reasons

The option that VideoPsalm provided for livestreaming has a weaknes in terms of hardware utilization. My experience is that the VideoPsalm's livestreaming option consumes much memory and CPU and GPU contributing to hardware related issues wich our machines. If I consider kdweaver50's option.....it will reduce the CPU and GPU and Memory usage.
Using Camera on Video Psalm I find it not clear enough( looks slightly blurry, or let me say the sharpness is not well set then even then it is not adjustable because it is grayed out in the camera settings. But if use the camera on obs, it is clear and visible enough. I don't know if the rest experience these same situations as mine.
