Please allow 'automatic word wrap' and 'max. lines' to work together. We use the feature to show only 2 lines at a time, but instead of wrapping the two lines across the slide it decreases the text size to fit each line of the song to a line on the screen. This was fine when we used a much larger screen, but we have since down sized to a smaller screen because of our new space / constraints and the text now gets too small for most people to read. I realize this is currently the intended function but it would be awesome if it could both work together.

Thank you for your suggestion.
While the idea of mixing 'Automatic word wrap' and 'Max. lines' seems great, it is not an obvious task.
Let's take an example with the following lyric as an example:
At Your name, the mountains shake and crumble.
At Your name, the oceans roar and tumble.
At Your name, angels will bow,
The earth will rejoice,
Your people cry out.
Let's say that 'Max. lines' is set to 2, and there is not enough space in the width to display the first line without reducing the font size or wrapping it.
At the moment, VideoPsalm will automatically reduce the font size until both first lines fit in the width, without wrapping the lines.
What you want is for VideoPsalm to displays the first line as wrapped, possibly in the middle, while maintaining the selected font size.
Of course, there are cases/verses/lines where this will work.
But what about a longer line? A line so long that even when it is wrapped, it is too wide to fit in the width, and has to be wrapped twice?
Now we have 3 lines instead of one (1 1/3, 2 1/3, 3 1/3).
How do we render these wrapped lines?
First slide (2/3 of the first line)
1 1/3
2 1/3
Second slide (last third of the first line + beginning of the second line)
3 1/3
Beginning of the second line (possibly wrapped in multiple lines)
Perhaps you see an obvious solution here?
My suggestion/solution
If your song lines are too long, manually insert line breaks at the places where it is most natural to split the lyrics.
You make a great point. It would be nice if there was a character that allowed for line breaks when it was too long but not when it could fit. I'm not sure what symbol that could be but maybe a tilda "~" or some lesser known symbol. I think that might resolve the issue but I could be wrong.
also maybe we can make it so max character rounds down the the nearest word. We ran into problems where the slide cut in the middle of the word. Honestly this might not be problem for us too much longer as we are trying to get another large screen.
I have this problem with the bible readings too. The text size varies, but I want to fix the font size and for it to flow to new page when necessary. If I restrict to 2 verses then depending on the length of the verse I might have lots of empty space, or it may shrink the size of the text. It's too unpredictable. Only just started using VideoPsalm and everything else is very impressive.
